Shipping Policy

General:

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain precise stock counts on our website however due to holding of stock in local warehouses from time to time we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. 

Handling Time:

RyJo Direct aims to provide our clients with a fast fulfilment and shipping service to meet our client expectations and needs as soon as possible. Depending on product availability in our warehouse, fulfilled orders will be packed and shipped within 1-4 business days. With the high volume of orders and demand of stock needed for orders our stock can take 10-14 days to arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, fulfilment of certain products can take 11 to 18 business days. After Fulfilment and orders are packaged in the warehouse our provided courier drivers will ensure fast and efficient delivery within 2-5 Business days (Monday-Friday).

RyJo Direct will offer all Australian orders free shipping for all orders over $49. With all Orders under $49 a shipment fixed fee of $8.99 for Australia. All order Shipment prices are a fixed fee (unless stated otherwise).

New Zealand: 

RyJo Direct will offer all New Zealand orders free shipping for all orders over $49. With all Orders under $49 a shipment fixed fee of $14.99 for all locations of New Zealand. All order Shipment prices are a fixed fee (unless stated otherwise).

Transit Time:

Most orders after being shipped will be delivered within 2-5 Business days (Monday-Friday) if your order is taking longer,
